About Us
Outstanding care goes beyond just helping or looking after someone. To instil compassion and empathy means to imagine yourself or a loved one in the person you are caring for. As someone who has been working in the health and social sector for fourteen years, I have gained invaluable experience and established a diverse catalogue of knowledge to provide exceptional service of care.
Working in care has shown me that I genuinely care about people, their well-being, and their physical and emotional health. In launching Evolution Care Services, I aspire to support our community. In doing this, I will be able to demonstrate and show our present and future carers an example of high-level, empathetic person-focused care.

Regulated Service
We are registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). We will work in unison with Social Services Departments and health professionals.
Efficient Response
Our support staff are there to make sure that we have all the procedures working well to act quickly and efficiently on each client’s behalf, including our ability to start work for a client often within 24 or 48 hours of being asked.
We Care for Our Carers
We know that if our carers are happy and confident in their abilities, they will do an excellent job.
Training is a core part of the carer induction process. We give all new carers an induction training course and every carer comes back for a yearly update. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.
We also have a specialist carer support team who are there to offer help, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should they require it
